Miley Buys a $5M Horse Ranch and Vineyard
Business must be good for Miley Cyrus because she just snapped up a $5,000,000 horse ranch and vineyard in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood of California.
Cyrus’ Toluca home made news in January 2015 for being broken into for the third time since 2013. Shortly after the incident in January, the Wrecking Ball star finally had enough and decided to put the family home in Toluca on the market. This is probably why Miley has chosen to buy a property in a gated community that has a reputation for being private and exclusive – and most importantly, no one is gonna get in there without permission.
Early this month, Woodbridge Luxury Homes announced that the twerking megastar has purchased one of the largest properties in Hidden Hills.
The estate features a 6,500 square foot home with seven bedrooms.
Its views aren’t so bad either, as every window offers a first row view of the beautiful surroundings. The house also boasts of a thousand bottle wine cellar, a wet bar and a loft-style great room.
This home was obviously designed with R&R in mind. It comes with a pool, a spa, and an outdoor fireplace. Where do we sign up for that?
The estate also includes a ten-stall barn and a chicken coop with a hen house.
This makes us think that Cyrus must be missing the 500 acre Nashville farm she grew up in. Miley can also horseback ride through the fruit and citrus gardens, and through her 550-vine vineyard. – Not bad, not bad at all, Miley.
The Woodbridge group initially bought the property to tear it down and build an even larger mansion on the property. It was a lucky break that Miley snapped it up before they took it all apart.
Also enjoying the privacy of Hidden Hills are the Kardashians, Kanye West, Drake, Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Simpson.
I wonder how is it like to have Kim and Kanye as first door neighbours?
